"Killer" Lewis
From Terry Smith who remembers that:
I recall that Mr Lewis (games) went under the nickname of
"killer".
The Gym was halfway across the race course and looked as if it
had been built for the army during the war. It was demolished
long ago.
"Killer" used to make us run twice round the perimeter of the
race course for PT (not PE in those days). He was mad keen on
Rugger which was not my cup of tea. I remember that the
changing rooms and showers were halfway down the west drive on the
right.
I was in Blakeman house (yellow jersey).
