The Final Days for the Old School

The photo clearly shows broken windows and some windows on the left side of the building are hanging off.

There are quite a few broken windows and the grass & weeds stand tall in front.

On the roof of the tower a number of workmen are taking their tea break (a roof garden perhaps?)
