Make a Donation to a Charity
If you are looking for a good charity to make a contribution,
then I have listed my two current favourite charities for your
consideration. The two charities are:-
- Prostate Research Campaign UK
or
- Anna's Hope
I support PRC-UK as I have Prostate Cancer. I have had
the operation, and am now as certain as it is possible to be with
any cancer that
I am OK. I now just have the side-effects of the treatment, although
it could, of course, come back. I know a number of
people who are deeply involved with this charity, and I have given
talks on behalf of them. If you would like to give to this

Anna's Hope is a charity that was started by someone I used to
work with, Rob Hughes. His daughter died at the age of 3 from a brain
tumour. He has set up this charity to raise £1m to help other
children with cancer of the brain. The account of his
daughter's treatment and death on the charity's website is very moving, and he is about to
undertake a sponsored cycle ride from John O'Groats to Lands End to
